| The
Auxiliary's Membership program conducts ongoing
recruiting to ensure the future growth and prosperity
of the organization. Unit members work diligently
to publicize and promote the benefits, objectives
and activities of the Auxiliary and seek out those
eligible women who might be interested in membership
and active involvement in Unit activities. Units,
Departments and Divisions vie in friendly competition
against one another as they work toward reaching
their individual and organizational membership
goals. National Web Site |

| VIM
:: VIM membership was established by a resolution
adopted at the February 18, 1981, National
Executive Committee (NEC) Meeting in Washington,
D.C.
Any member in good standing
whose membership dues are paid for the
current year may become a Very Important
Member (VIM) which is the Auxiliary's
life membership. The membership status
must be verified by the Unit Secretary
on the application. Application
(PDF) Mail completed application
and check or money order to the Unit Secretary:
Lou Thompson, 2121 Crosspoint Avenue,
Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
A VIM membership is purchased
with a one time lump sum payment by the
member, or can be purchased as a gift
for a member. The cost of VIM membership
is based on two factors; the age of the
member, and the total Unit dues amount
at the time the application is processed.
The
VIM Trust Fund is maintained by National
Headquarters. Money from the Trust fund
can only be used to support the VIM program
and to pay annual dues per capita each
year to the Unit, Department and National
Organization. The interest income from
the trust fund is used to cover the cost
of dues increases to the Department and
National Levels.
